Hey! I’m Gosia—also known as Gosh—and I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer who literally started where you might be now… on the other side of the gym floor, figuring it all out. A few years ago, I walked into this very gym needing a change. I got myself a PT, fell in love with training, and the rest is sweaty, smiley history. Today, I get to help others transform their lives—just like I did mine. I started this journey in my mid-30s, proof that it's never too late to start something amazing. I’m also a busy mum juggling two jobs, and I still make time to train, grow, and have my all-important ‘me time’. If I can do it, you can too—and I’ll help you every step (or squat) of the way. Whether your goal is strength, fat loss, confidence, energy, or just figuring out what the heck to do with those machines—I’ve got you.
