I am a Level 2 & 3 qualified Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Level 4 Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance, GP Referral, PBS, and Boxing Coaching. I offer supportive, person-centred training tailored to your individual goals, whether you are a complete beginner, looking to build confidence in the gym, lose weight, gain muscle and strength, or improve your overall health and wellbeing. I also provide boxing coaching, nutrition guidance, and meal planning support. As a father of four and someone who also works in healthcare, I understand how busy life can be and how difficult it can be to prioritise your health. I’ve personally experienced the challenges of weight gain and illness, gaining over five stone before losing six stone and transforming my lifestyle. That journey inspired me to help others achieve their own goals. I know how intimidating starting a fitness journey can feel, even stepping into a gym for the first time. That’s why I focus on creating a supportive, welcoming environment where you can build confidence and make sustainable progress. I’ve been involved in sport from a young age, including boxing, football, and judo, and I now coach boxing alongside helping people improve their fitness, health, and wellbeing. Start where you are.
