Exercise should be fun AND help you look, feel and move better in life… NOT just in the gym.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, training without seeing results, or have a unique challenge relating to fitness - I can help you reach your goals efficiently and with clear guidance.
My approach is based on Kinesiology; the science of human movement.
Combining bio-mechanical principles, exercises from multiple training styles and my own experimentation with force/load, I work exclusively with women to deliver personalised training that’s designed around how you move; your mobility, skill and capacity in the gym.
Training with me will improve strength, mobility, posture, technique and performance in the gym, while working directly towards your fitness goals. I will also work with you to enhance or build fitness and nutrition in your lifestyle sustainably - this is how results are maintained long term.
Personally, I am an ex-ballerina, have lost ~35 kg, calisthenics is my favourite way to train and I have a love / (mostly) hate relationship with cardio.
Outside of the gym, I have a kitten called Milo, my favourite foods are steak and pizza and I love spending time with friends and family.
