Fitness changed my life. It gave me confidence in my abilities, carried me through tough times, helped me develop a deeper understanding of myself, and taught me how real growth comes from discomfort.
With over 8 years of experience in strength training, mobility and functional training, fat loss, and sports-specific training—particularly track running, alongside a strong passion for kickboxing—I’ve consistently pushed myself beyond my comfort zone to discover what my body and mind are truly capable of. I now use this experience to deliver hybrid training programmes designed to build well-rounded, resilient individuals through cardiovascular training, strength work, sport-specific performance, and mobility.
