MISSION Premi takes a cross-disciplinary approach to training, integrating strength work with mobility and functional movement patterns. Her mission is to empower individuals to take up space by providing them with the tools to become better Muuvers and promote longevity.
COACHING STYLE Her coaching bridges the gap between performance and rehabilitation. You’ll experience both:
Strength Training – Build strength, power, and confidence in how your body performs. Rehabilitation-Focused Work – Address stiffness, reduce pain, and restore movement (supporting areas such as the shoulders, lower back, knees, and overall mobility).
