' ABOUT ME - Growing up, I struggled with body image, confidence, and motivation. I wasn’t very active, but as my body changed in my teenage years, I wanted to feel better about myself—I just didn’t know where to start. I tried everything—sports, running, swimming, dance, cycling—but nothing stuck because I didn’t enjoy it. Then I discovered the gym. Seeing others online lifting weights inspired me, and from my first session in the gym, I was hooked. As I trained, my confidence soared and my body transformed—it felt like magic. That’s the feeling I want to share with others. My friends would describe me as smiley, chatty and easy-going. Which is why I believe I have the qualities of a fantastic personal trainer. Not only do I have the knowledge to teach you, but I can guide you in a way that is not complicated, or overwhelming. I know the gym can be intimidating, but my goal is to make it fun, welcoming, and empowering. If you choose to work with me, I can make sure you leave every session feeling confident, accomplished, and excited for the next one. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, I’ll help you grow—physically and mentally—with a plan that works for you and moves at your pace.
