I’ve been passionate about fitness since I was just 16 years old and since then I’ve gained a vast knowledge of the best ways to pack on size, gain strength, tone up, lean down as well as excel at specific types of lifting such as bodybuilding or weighted calisthenics. My specialty is Concurrent Periodisation and Conjugate style training which entails unique workout programming to help you reach multiple fitness goals at the once rather than doing a training block for 1 specific goal at a time.
