About me

Hi, my name is Isla, and I'm a personal trainer here at the gym. if you're feeling a bit nervous, unsure where to start, or even questioning whether the gym is for you - you're definetly not alone, and youre in the right place.

Sport has always been a big part of my life. I palayed football for over 10 years and grew up around training envitoments, whci naturally led me into the gymand into learning how the body really moves. Over time, that passion turned into a carrer - not just focused on training hard, but on training properly, staying injury - free, and building confidence through movement.

Through my own journey in sport and fitness, I've learned that progress isn't about perfection or pushing yourself to extremes - it's about consistency, confidence, and feeling supported. That's why i love working with gym beginners who aren't sure where to start, as well as athletes and ex-athletes who want to get back into training with structure, purpouse, or after injury.

Alongside personal training, I also offer rehab and treatment services, which means I can support you safely if you're dealing with injuries, aches, or a lack of confidence in your body. My aim is always to help you feel stronger, move better, and trust your body again.

My sessions are fun, encouraging, and realistic - no judgment, no pressure - just working together adns making progress at your pace.
