About me

Hello, I'm Malcolm!

Training in the gym has been a big part of my life for more than twenty years. I’ve been a professional trainer for over five years and in that time have coached dozens of clients toward their fitness goals.

Gym training should first and foremost be fun. But it is also a discipline; a way of life that shapes how you think and how you feel. My aim is to work closely with your objectives; to build a training programme that will deliver those goals and to supply you with the tools, knowledge and discipline to continue your gym routine for as long as possible and to continue experiencing its benefits. Having a background in both acting and teaching, I aim to make your sessions as informative and enjoyable as possible! I offer full commitment to you and your sessions with me during the time we work together. My areas of interest in the gym are training to increase strength, building muscle, and reducing body fat. I am very happy to work with beginners who are new to the gym and want to start weight training safely and effectively, or those who have been training for a while and are looking to push towards more advanced and specific goals. I love working with anyone who shares my passion for exercise and the benefits and confidence it brings!
