Sport has been a big part of my life since I was 11. I represented England from 14 to 20 and have spent the last 5 years playing professional football. Along the way, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and became a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
My approach focuses on building not just physical strength and endurance, but also mental resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset — so you can feel fitter, stronger, and more confident for life.
