Hello my name is Matthew
I know what it feels like to have to start over.
After rebuilding my body following a serious car crash, I discovered how powerful the right training, nutrition, and support can be — not just for your body, but for your confidence too.
I now specialise in helping beginners lose weight, get stronger, and feel comfortable in the gym, even if you’ve never trained before or have struggled in the past. My coaching style is supportive, structured, and built around sustainable habits, so you can make progress without feeling overwhelmed.
