Hi, I’m Daniel, a coach who’s passionate about helping people become stronger, more confident, and in control of their fitness journey. I got into personal training not because I always felt confident, but because I didn’t. Over time, I found strength physically and mentally through bodybuilding and pushing myself to improve bit by bit. Now I help others do the same, no matter where they're starting from. I specialise in working with people who are new to the gym or feel like they’ve let themselves go, especially those looking to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. My coaching style focuses on low volume, high intensity sessions that are challenging but enjoyable. I bring energy, motivation and empathy into every session, so you feel supported and encouraged throughout your journey.
