About me

Hi, my name is Daniel and I’m here to help you build real results through structure, consistency, and simple habits that actually work. I have been training since my mid-teens and for years I struggled to get into shape. I cycled through binge eating, starving myself, and chasing fad diets that promised fast results but never lasted. I know firsthand how frustrating it is to put in effort and still feel stuck. Everything changed when I learned how to eat properly using macronutrients, train with purpose, and focus on small daily progress instead of extremes. That is when my body started to change and my confidence followed. I train because it makes me stronger, more confident, and disciplined. I coach because I enjoy helping people realise that progress does not have to be complicated or miserable.
