I’m a 25 year old motivated trainer that’s been involved with all kinds of sports during my life. Starting of with basketball at a young age; relating those skills to any ball sport I could think of including volleyball, football, and even racket sports such as baseball, badminton and squash. Motivated by my mum, who is a professional triathlete, I switched to endurance sports. Also dabbling with cross fit training such as Hyrox and loving the good old HIIT sessions as well. Unfortunately, breaking my ankle put my fitness journey to a halt and made me focus more on strength training and bodybuilding exercises. Now, it is time to share all of the experience I’ve gathered over the years within these various sports to help you achieve the goals you want.
