I’ve been passionate about fitness since childhood, competing in swimming, rugby, and gymnastics. I’ve spent the last seven years developing a training approach that blends athletic strength, sustainable weight loss, and body re-composition. I specialise in: •Weight loss and fat-loss coaching •Lower-body strength and glute development •Sport rehabilitation and injury-safe training •Body re-composition and confidence building Having gone through my own weight-loss journey, I understand the physical and mental challenges — and I use that experience to help clients achieve results that feel realistic, empowering, and sustainable.
