Training for me, is about so much more than just lifting weights. It’s about building a body that reflects discipline, resilience & self respect. I approach fitness from two perspectives : performance & longevity. Strength is important, but so is understanding the body – how it moves, how it recovers, & how to keep it functioning.
My work in sports massage therapy has greatly deepened my interest & knowledge in injury prevention & movement quality. I believe that training should challenge you but also build the foundations to protect you. Training with me will teach you how to move well, recover properly & listen to your body as that is what allows your progress to last . Together we will focus on becoming strong, muscular & functional while maintaining balance & mobility. Outside of training I’m always learning more about the body & exploring ways to help you move better, train smarter, & stay injury free.
Together we will make REAL Progress from mastering the fundamentals :proper form, consistency, recovery & patience. Just because we don’t have a million-pound sports contract doesn’t mean we can’t treat our bodies like we do. We are all athletes in this game we call life.
