WOMEN’S STRENGTH & FITNESS COACH

Hey, I’m Aisha. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer & Coach here at PureGym Park Royal.

I help women who don’t feel fully at home in the gym build strength, focus on body composition to sculpt your shape, drop body fat and to feel confident in the weights area - in a modest, judgement-free space.

I’m the right coach for you if:

  • You avoid the weights area because it feels busy and don’t know where to begin
  • You prefer your privacy when you train
  • You’re new to strength training or starting again and want patient, step-by-step guidance

My coaching is calm and structured. We focus on getting you stronger week by week and making simple changes to your nutrition so losing body fat feels manageable, not overwhelming. You’ll tone up in a way that fits your life, so you can walk into the weights area knowing exactly what to do.
