Whether you're working around limitations or looking to move better and feel stronger, I’ll help you train smart and with purpose.
Wellness Specialties I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients — from beginners and busy professionals to those returning from injury or managing joint sensitivity. My focus areas include body conditioning, core and glute strength, flexibility, and low-impact training that supports long-term joint health.

With a personal interest in hypertrophy training, I also enjoy helping clients build lean muscle, improve body composition, and gain strength in a sustainable and empowering way.
