About me

I’m a qualified personal trainer with over 4 years of experience, specialising in calisthenics, a training method focused on mastering full-body movement using your own bodyweight. My approach builds real, functional strength through foundational exercises like squats, push ups and pull ups. Helping you move better, feel stronger and stay consistent. For me, training goes beyond just the physical. I believe in developing both the mind and body, because growth isn’t a short term phase, it’s a lifelong process.

More recently, I’ve helped desk-based professionals over 30 increase muscle mass and energy levels by designing achievable weekly resistance training plans and supporting dietary changes, including vegetarian nutrition strategies to fuel progress.

During lockdown, I coached an over 60 year old individual to improve their mental wellbeing through simple, sustainable habits, such as increasing daily steps, improving hydration and introducing effective stretch routines to boost flexibility and blood flow. I’ve also worked closely with care leavers, supporting them in building confidence through accessible fitness. Together, we created personalised routines that combined full body training, journaling and greater awareness of nutrition.
