Hi, my name is Alexander Tarnavchik
Take complete control of the direction of your fitness journey- just tell me what you want and then turn up! Look and feel your best by levelling up your health and fitness; the corner stone of your entire life. Sessions will improve your sleep, confidence, energy levels and mental clarity.
My own background is one of weightlifting, stretching and mobility, athletics and (my personal favourite) Mixed Martial Arts. If you have ever had an interest in learning Boxing, Muay Thai or Wrestling, please enquire about beginner lessons today. Before personal training I have worked in a bank, as a caterer and in construction. I understand the constraints of a demanding job and believe me when I say it doesn’t have to hold your fitness journey hostage! My own journey hasn’t been easy- I can relate to wanting to do better. Having a PT to hold you accountable and provide you with knowledge leaves you with what matters the most; putting in the hard work. Personal training doesn’t stop in the gym either. Sleep, nutrition and mindfulness are all part of your health and therefore my responsibility to help you understand how best to approach these topics. Stay fit, stay free, stay fun!
