I'm a 44-year-old Personal Trainer and Nurse. I'm Passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and back in control of their bodies. My own fitness journey began in Brazil, where I started training in contact sports. Through that experience, I discovered how powerful exercise can be for both the body and the mind, and it inspired me to help other women experience the same kind of transformation. I combine health knowledge with practical, realistic coaching tailored to each individual, including training, nutrition, and lifestyle support.
