Hi, my name is Aine. I am a Registered Dietitian and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I specialise in mental health, and my approach combines science-based fitness, functional strength training, and mobility to help people move better, build real strength, and reconnect with their bodies. My coaching philosophy focuses on education and understanding; I don't just tell you what to do, but I explain why it works. When you understand your body, progress becomes easier, more empowering, and sustainable. On a personal note, I once weighed around 19 stone (120 kg). Through my own weight loss and body recomposition journey, I experienced firsthand the real struggles behind motivation, confidence, consistency, and self-trust. Over time, I realised that exercise is about so much more than how you look it encompasses energy, resilience, mental clarity, confidence, and quality of life. My curiosity about these aspects led me down a scientific path. As a dietitian, I became a Personal trainer because, as a natural foodie, I wanted to help people reconnect with food, nourishment, and optimal physical health without diets, restriction, or obsession. Working with patients has taught me something powerful: nutrition is not just about food; it affects our mood, digestion, hormones, energy, and mental health in ways we’re only beginning to understand, and exercise is equally important.
