Hi, I’m Natalie – a 44-year-old Mum of two boys (10 & 6) and a Personal Trainer who will never make you do a burpee! In my 20’s I lost weight, found confidence and trained hard. Then came motherhood in 2014, when I was 33. After having my first son, I stayed active by walking but overtime the weight crept back on. Early morning gym sessions didn’t fit with a toddler, so I tried every fad diet going – and like most ,they only worked temporarily. What was I missing? Consistency & Discipline in the gym and kitchen. In March 2023, I restarted my fitness journey by building better habits and sticking to the basics. Two and a half years later, I qualified as a PT. Now I help other’s do the same. My approach is simple – 1 hour in the gym + 23 hours of habits. I focus on small daily choices that lead to long-term results.
