Rude staffMy mum and I have been using this gym for years and have never had a problem. My mum forgot her password and did not has access to her emails to find it so we pressed the help button. A staff member came and was rude and unfriendly from the beginning, we told him of the issue and he said he cannot do anything as management was not there and my mum said how she comes here all the time and if he had ever seen her and he said no in a rude way and said theres 7000 members here im not going to remember you all and he dismissed my mother. At this point i was getting very angry. He said he cannot help and for my mum to look at her email and then he left us there helpless. My mum remembered her email after awhile of standing there and when we went in he saw us and was watching us bad the whole time. I then saw him letting a guy out of the gym how forgot there password. I was looking for him to confront him but he disappeared. I have never been so angry, i mean i know we're not paying much for this gym but that does not mean we should be treated like that. We are currently looking for another gym, one where the staff are actually useful and care about there members. I will tell all my friends and people who are looking to join this gym how rude the staff are how its not worth it.

Reluctantly cancelling and going elsewhereThis gymn is well located for me but it has just got too busy. There simply aren't enough machines at peak times and you waste a lot of time waiting to get on to equipment, so its not cost effective.
There is a similar priced place that is quieter.
If only this place expanded in size I would be tempted to stay.
The Male changing areas is also grotty. I thought the recent refurb would have made it better but it was pretty much the same. Smelly, poorly ventilated and needs more regular cleaning. The volume of people coming through barely matches the size of the facility or the frequency of maintenance.

Decent gym but too busy and some staff are rudeA good gym with good equipment but I recommend there’s no point in joining if you can only go at peak times. Furthermore, some of the staff especially a white women in her 40s is very rude and just annoyed me. She moved my gym bag without saying anything then when I asked she can’t touch my personal belongings she told me it should be there. But and customer (who was white) and had his bag on the floor and wasn’t moved. Additionally on the same day I was told I can’t exercise in certain area because the bench is blocking certain areas but the next day she didn’t say anything to the customer (again who was white) who was training in the same area with a bench. I am Asian so you can interpret that as you may. Overall 4/10 during peak times but 7/10 when it is not busy and the staff is not there to annoy you

ShameThe gym doesn’t have enough machines, but is good.
The classes are good however time and time again you would book and those not booked would take spaces. There’s no checking process.

Had to leaveI left this gym simply because, there are way too many gym members, as a result you cannot easily gain access to the equipment you require. Second problem, this gym is full of attention seekers, another reason my partner and i, had to leave.

Great gymI signed up to pure gym 4 years ago. I have lost over 4 stones using the equipment. The staff are extremely helpful and a joy to work with. Classes are great and very frequent.
