I started my fitness journey in my mid-teens, coming from a place of low confidence and being underweight. Since then, I’ve dedicated the last 4 years to training and building a stronger, healthier version of myself — both physically and mentally.
Over time, health and fitness has become a genuine passion of mine. More recently, I’ve adopted a hybrid approach to training, combining resistance training with running and cycling to improve overall performance, fitness, and wellbeing. I strongly believe that enjoying the process is one of the biggest keys to achieving long-term progress. From personal experience, I know that when training is enjoyable, results come more naturally and consistently. My goal is to help people build confidence, improve their health and fitness, and genuinely enjoy their journey along the way. I’m passionate about creating a positive environment where people can grow, stay motivated, and work towards becoming the best version of themselves — together.
