As someones who has struggled to maintain a healthy weight in the past, my goal is to inspire and moitivate to adopt healthier lifestyles, focusing on healthier lifestyle choices, building strenght edurance and confidence. I know what it feels like to struggle with weight, energy and motivation, especially during the changes like perimenopause.
For years I battled with my body, trying difeerent approaches that never seem to work but through persistence, education and balanced approach to fitness and nutrition, not only did i lose the weight but also gained valuable skills in managing the associated challenges with strengh and confidence.
Now, as a Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 2 Mental Health awareness and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I help women who feel stuck and overwhelmed by their health and fitness journey, by poroviding cusdtomised business program and nutritional coaching that suits the following aspects - Perimenopause and menopause symptoms, weight loss program, strehnght and conditioning, supportive and non judgemental coaching that meet your needs.
