I found my love for fitness 6 years ago while battling with poor mental health, and it changed my life! I am dedicated to helping other women make positive changes to their life, and get stronger, fitter and more confident inside and outside of the gym. My approach to training centres around joy, sustainability, and empowerment. I believe that there is always a path to success that is enjoyable. Rather than imposing rigid rules, I work with people to build habits that ensure lasting, positive change—making wellness something to look forward to, not dread. I am a self acclaimed lazy girl, and when I’m not in the gym I’m usually on the sofa with a blanket, my pets and cup of tea, but I also enjoy art, collecting house plants and being out in nature. I’m a huge advocate for kindness, self-love and inclusivity and am ready to be your biggest cheerleader, so come say hi!
