About me

My fitness journey started through sport from a very young age, with football being my main focus. I’ve competed at multiple levels — from Sunday league to university level — and currently working towards semi professional. Being around sport for so long naturally led me to the gym, but like many people, it wasn’t something I stepped into confidently at first. I knew I needed it, but I avoided it — not knowing where to start, what to do, or how I’d look training around more experienced people. That experience is a big reason why I do what I do today. I’m passionate about helping people who feel stuck at the start of their journey, as well as those who already train but need structure, clarity and progression to reach the next level. Whether you’re new and need direction, or experienced and looking to improve performance, my role is to make sure your goals are met — while building the confidence that comes with training properly. I’ll push you outside your comfort zone when needed, of course — but training with me will show you that the gym doesn’t have to feel like a chore. When training is enjoyable, consistency becomes easier, and results naturally follow. If you see me at the front coaching a class, or out on the gym floor, feel free to come and say hello.
