I’m a professional dancer and personal trainer, dedicated to helping people find joy in movement and feel more at home in their bodies. I love discovering new skills, challenging my body, and training in a way that supports long-term strength, flexibility, and mobility while always taking care of it along the way. That same approach carries into how I work with clients: blending mindful training with creativity, structure, and encouragement. I work with people of all abilities, whether you’re new to fitness, coming back after time away, training for another sport, or just ready to break out of a routine that’s stopped feeling exciting. We’ll build a plan together that suits your lifestyle, your goals, and the way you like to move. You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or fearless to get started, just open to giving it a go.
