Hi I'm Charlie!
I used to walk into the gym weighing just 49kg, hiding in an oversized hoodie because I didn't like what I saw in the mirror.
Bit by bit I learned how to lift, how to fuel my body, and how to stick with a plan. The result? 16kg of lean muscle, a resting heart rate I'm proud of - and, most importantly, real confidence inside and outside the gym.
Now my misson is to guide people who feel exactly how I once did. Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, or simply feel good in your own skin, I'll design a training & nutrition programme that fits your schedule, track your progress so you can see every win, and coach you in fluent English or Mandarin.
