Hi, I'm Luke!
I specialise in Calisthenics (bodyweight training) and Weightlifting.
I coach people of all fitness levels, and there are no requirements to start.
A lot of people avoid calisthenics because they think they're "too heavy" or "too weak" but that's exactly what makes it such a great reason to start.
Everything is adaptable and we build things up safely, at your pace. My sessions are calm, supportive, fun and judgement free - you're safe in my hands, and i'll always meet you where you're at.
I've been weightlifting for 7 years, training calisthenics for 2 years and skateboarding for 10 years, which has shaped how I coach movement and strength.
I'm patient, encouraging, and focused on helping you build real strength, move better and enjoy a lifestyle that actually lasts.
