About me

Hello

I’ve always found the gym to be a competitive thrill. Not against anyone else, just you versus your previous self and that days weights. Mano y Mano, you versus the bar. Finding whatever improvements come to you that day, whether it’s adding more weight, an extra set/rep or going that little bit deeper in whatever exercise you are performing.

My fitness journey has been going for 10 years. My plans have always evolved, whether they be upper body focused, all about leg days, athletic training for sport or wanting to look good on the beach. I’ve seen what works, and what wasn’t quite as effective.

Sports media is my other passion, and through that work I have worked close with teams and have experienced the different athletic training athletes in football, basketball, American football, tennis and other sports do. Whether you want more muscle definition, to lift heavier weights, jump higher or improve you endurance, I can help you model your personal plan and look forward to being able to help you reach those goals.
