I didn't start my fitness journey feeling confident. In fact, seeing how much a coach helped my own physical and mental health is exactly why I became a Personal Trainer. I know the gym floor can feel like an intimidating place at first, so my main goal is to make it feel safe, welcoming, and uncomplicated for you. I work mostly with beginners, the LGBTQ+ community, and busy professionals who want to build strength without the stress. My coaching style is calm and straightforward—you won’t find a drill sergeant here. Instead, think of me as your supporter and accountability partner. Together, we’ll master the basics of strength training and build a routine that actually fits into your life. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle growth, or just feeling more comfortable in your own skin, I’m here to help you make steady, lasting progress.
