My aim at Pure Gym is to support and guide individuals to reach their goals, encourage motivation and build confidence within the gym. My journey began at the age of 16 where I wasn't a confident person and was struggling with body dysmorphia whilst being underweight. I found the gym where I fell in love with weight training and learning different techniques along the way. I have developed my own identity and this is now like my second home! I'm now in a healthy and happy place where I want to help others to reach their own goals whilst enjoying the process!
My focus is to help support people who struggle with confidence at the gym and need some guidance on what to do and how to achieve their goals. Providing help to individuals who want to focus on strength, who might want to lose weight or to tone up. I can also support individuals who have struggled through an injury and need the confidenceto get back into training again!
