My focus is on weight loss, building body confidence, and developing muscle tone and strength in a way that feels realistic and enjoyable. For those who want something different, I can also include boxing-based training to add variety, improve fitness, and keep sessions fun. Alongside your workouts, I’ll give you the knowledge and support to take charge of your own fitness journey, so you feel empowered to maintain results even without a PT.
