Strength, Balance & Performance – It’s Time To Flourish. My coaching journey started through injury. After experiencing my own setbacks in training, I became deeply focused on understanding movement, fixing imbalances, and building strength the right way. Now, I help people get seriously strong and train smarter, preventing injuries, improving movement, and developing real, lasting strength. Through Eudaimonia Performance, my aim is to help people align their training with their potential, becoming stronger, more resilient, and capable in both sport and everyday life.
