Hey, I’m Chris and I Specialise in working with people in there 30’s,40’s50’s and above with weight to lose. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, improved athletic performance, or simply feeling better in everyday life, I’ll provide the structure, accountability, and motivation you need. My approach combines science-backed training methods with a supportive yet patient coaching style, making fitness Realistic and Sustainable. My Dynamic approach will meet you where you’re at and take it forward to the next level to achieve the Goals you thought where never possible.
My Programmes are designed individually which gives you the support you need but also the accountability to push through the barriers and maintain that progression. Injuries can be all to common in later life so working with these we can be challenging but together we can still meet your Goals.
