Having overcome Type 2 Diabetes, I fully understand the impact a good fitness & Nutrition plan can make to your wellbeing. I have experience in strength training, functional fitness, and nutrition guidance. I create personalised programs to support you and your goals. If your goal is weight loss, muscle building, improved athletic performance, or simply feeling better in everyday life, I’ll provide the structure, accountability, and motivation you need. My approach combines science-backed training methods with a supportive and patient coaching style, making fitness fun!
