About me

If you’re looking to lose body fat, build strength, feel confident in the gym, or finally feel at home with yourself, I can help you get there.

I specialise in coaching women at every stage of their journey. Whether you’re new to the gym and building confidence, looking to lose fat, returning to training during or after pregnancy, wanting to build muscle, navigating perimenopause or menopause, looking for that ‘toned’ look, or feeling stuck and needing structure, accountability and a clear plan, I will meet you where you are.

My approach focuses on helping women build strength through weight training so you can feel powerful, capable and confident. Strength training is key for long term health, supporting muscle, bone strength and metabolism as you age. This is not about shrinking yourself. It is about becoming stronger, both physically and mentally- and looking good whilst doing so!
