Hi, I’m Phil! ,
Tired of feeling like your health is an afterthought? I spent 20 years in a demanding corporate world, constantly optimising external systems while my own wellness took a backseat. I know the grind: the energy drains, the creeping weight, and the feeling that you've lost control over your own vitality. My wake-up call? A friend's wedding photowhere I barely recognised myself 25kg heavier than today. That moment ignited my own transformation.

In my down time, I dance Argentine Tango with my wife (don’t ask to see the video of my wedding dance!), instruct at Open University Aikido. I also shoot my airguns.
