I’m a lover of functional fitness, lifting weights, hiking and dancing!
My fitness journey started properly after I left drama school, where I neglected my mental and physical wellbeing in order to prioritise my training. I soon made it my mission to change my mindset towards exercise and became a qualified Personal Trainer!
Exercise has done wonders for my confidence, independence, mental wellbeing and body appreciation, but when I qualified as a trainer, I realized that the industry is still extremely behind and the gym was, more often than not, used to make physical changes rather than mental.
In May 2025, after 18 months in the fitness industry, I qualified as a Mental Health and Exercise Coach (MHEC) and honestly I have never been in love with my job more. I work with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to make long-term positive mindset changes, focusing on body image, confidence, empowerment and mental health.
