Hi there! My name is Shayan and I have a real passion for training and helping people improve their fitness.
My own journey started at rock bottom when I weighed 18.7 stone (119kg) with zero training experience and a habit of comfort eating. Through weightlifting and sustainable nutrition, I lost 43kg and completely transformed my lifestyle.
Because of this, I understand how it feels to struggle with confidence, motivation, and body image.
My goal is to help beginners, those who feel stuck, and anyone ready to take their fitness to the next level achieve real, lasting results - without extreme diets or endless cardio.
