And this is a little about me…
My why? - 100% because of what fitness has done for me, I started off super skinny, I also had little to no self confidence. But through dedication and hard work I have built not only muscle but self belief. I put effort in and got more out than I could have possibly imagined. When I see my clients achieve this, THAT is my reason to jump out of bed in the morning, because if i can give that to someone else, then i’m winning.
What do I need from you? - If you train with me all I ask is you try your best, I don't care what level you’re at, I don't care what the number is on that dumbbell, only that when you lift it, you give it your all. Because that is where the magic happens.
So if you want to grow some shoulders that make door frames nervous and glutes that make chairs tremble, lets talk.
