I’m Ceri — a Personal Trainer and Online Coach with over 10 years of experience helping women build confidence, strength, and unstoppable self-belief both in and out of the gym. My passion for coaching comes from seeing women unlock their full potential — not just physically, but mentally too. Over the years, I’ve specialised in body confidence, nutritional guidance, strength training, and Olympic weightlifting, combining all of these elements to create a truly empowering coaching experience.
