About me

Hey, I’m Ed

My philosophy towards training in the gym is simple, it requires 100% of the effort you have available for that session. Whatever your training regime, whatever exercise is next on the programme, small steps and small efforts day in and day out can lead to big results and big progress. Life happens, we all know it. Holding yourself accountable can be hard, having a PT can make that easier, and take some pressure off your mind. I’ll track the weights you’re lifting, meaning you can turn up focusing on getting the most out of our session. I like to create a relaxed atmosphere during a session, coming to the gym for a workout should be fun, and something you look forward to. Making progress in the gym is the best way to keep consistent, and keeping consistent is the best way to make progress and achieve your goals.
