'Intense' is how I would describe my style in a work. Leave your comfort zone at home and let's see what you're actually capable of.
I am biased towards a bodyweight based style of training (calisthenics). It's my preference but I am happy to train however the client prefers.
Conditioning is key, so I'm a fan of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It works, but it's work.
Truth is, all styles work if the proper know how and effort is applied.
As an experienced boxing coach I'm very experienced in teaching the fundamentals. It's also fun cardio.
The goal is to creare habits and an understanding that can help you be match fit for life.
