I became a Personal Trainer because I believe in training for what your body can do - not just how it looks.
My philosophy is simple: train for performance and the aesthetics will follow. Build strength, endurance and resilience, and confidence comes with it.
I’ve lived it myself - going from not being able to swim to completing an Ironman in 18 months. I regularly compete in Hyrox, triathlons and marathons and come from a boxing background, so I know what structured, disciplined training can achieve.
