I became a personal trainer after discovering the huge positive impact movement had on my mental as well as physical health. Now, I’m passionate about helping others feel those same benefits — especially people who think they “don’t have time” or that it’s “too late to start.” With a background in teaching, professional dance, climbing instruction, and musical theatre, I bring a creative and dynamic edge to my sessions. I work with parents, beginners, and busy professionals to make training both effective and enjoyable — no cookie-cutter plans here. Every session is tailored to the individual, with a focus on building confidence, strength, and motivation from the inside out. As a dad of four, I know how important it is to have a routine that fits around real life. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time, getting back into fitness, or looking for a bit of fun and challenge, I’m here to support and push you — with encouragement, not ego.
