Hi, I’m Aracy! My fitness journey only began in 2022. Before that, I loved the idea of fitness but didn’t have the confidence for competitive sports—or even stepping into a gym. That changed when I started creating my own routines and discovering what truly made me feel stronger, healthier, and more energised.
