Hi, I’m Alisha, a Personal Trainer with a background in dance, pole fitness, and aerial training. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, and I love bringing that experience into my coaching to create sessions that are both effective and enjoyable.

My approach to training focuses on building strength, control, and confidence. I believe fitness should not only help you look good, but also feel strong, capable, and connected to your body. Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to take your training to the next level, I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable, challenged, and motivated.

I bring a mix of structure, creativity, and high energy into every session, helping you stay consistent while keeping things fresh and engaging. From strength training to bodyweight and functional movements, I tailor everything to suit your goals and help you progress at your own pace.
