I started my journey overweight, unsure where to begin, and convinced the gym was made for confident people. Not people like me who were just trying to figure themselves out.
Learning how to train my body changed more than my physique. It changed how I see myself. That’s why I coach now.
I don’t just help people build muscle or lose fat. I support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, insecure, or disconnected from their body to finally feel at home in it.
