About me

Hello, I'm Ed!

Are you struggling to stick to training because you’re busy and have other commitments? You’re not alone, and it doesn’t mean you can’t reach your fitness goals. I’m a Personal Trainer and qualified Sport & Exercise Scientist, and I help people with hectic schedules feel fitter, stronger, and more confident with PT sessions, meal plans, and someone to hold them accountable each week.

Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, or just move and feel better, I’ll create a plan that fits around your routine so you can make progress without feeling burnt out. I’ve helped people of all ages turn things around with straightforward, science-based training and nutrition. No nonsense, no quick fixes, just practical, realistic changes that actually last. 

On a personal level, I’ve been in your shoes, struggling with low energy, bad eating habits, and feeling out of shape. But through consistency and small, achievable changes, I turned my health around.
